Hey John, just wanted to give you a bit of customer feedback. I appreciate your store and how well you guys serve the community. Anyone I talk to about your company, or anyone I have referred, has heard your great reputation for quality and great customer service. I always feel at home in your place of business. I have only had you work on my vehicle one time, but many of my friends have come to see you and they have received the same great service that I have and when they tell me they have gone down there and spoken with you and they liked the place, it makes me feel great to be able to refer someone to a great business that keeps things real. I appreciate that you’re locally owned and operated, and treat customers like you’re automatically their friend. Thank you John, and the perfectionist auto crew, for having a quality business, with great pricing, great staff, and great customer feedback. Thank you!

Dear John/Perfectionist, After doing business with you and your company since 1999 I have to tell you how pleased I have been with the service and professionalism I have received over the years. Perfectionist is the only company that will instal auto starts for any of our vehicles and we have had eight installed in my family over the years. Not to mention that my family members have installed stereo equipment and radar equipment on their boats and the work was excellent. Needless to say my family has been very pleased with the quality of your work. I will continue to encourage atone that needs your services to contact you. Keep up the excellent service you provide to the community!
Sincerely, Colleen Ferrin
Recently you and I had been emailing about the problems with my autostart / alarm. I did come in that Saturday around 10:00am, unfortunately the staff was not aware of our emails, but that did not stop them from taking a look at what was going on. Some how the shock sensor had gotten set around 2.25, which apparently was the reason the alarm was going off randomly when it was cold out. They adjusted the sensor, and started looking into the reason why the 2 way wasn’t working correctly. Well apparently it was an ID10T error. Which was a simple fix. Beat the operator (me) with a stick. I had changed the battery in the remote, to what I thought was a fresh new one from the store, but it wasn’t.Your staff changed the battery and poof they started talking to each other again. But shortly there after while reviewing my previous records they saw where I had purchased the replacement remote less then a year ago, so they warrantied it out. Now I have one that says 2nd on it which I am assuming means second generation. So far now going on 2 weeks after the change up and all, the alarm has NOT gone off randomly, and has worked perfectly. Sadly to a would be thief’s surprise. Now I am going to court to put a would be thief in jail. Freaking idiot got his slim jim stuck in my car door, with his finger prints all over it, and with me having seen him personally. So all in all, as I have been, and continue to be I am a VERY HAPPY customer. Now I just have to find a car for the wife and once we do, you can guarantee that you will be installing a remote start system to her car.

Good Morning Mr. Schwartz, I wanted to take a few minutes of your time to say how impressed I am with one of your employees. I called your shop last week because my car starter was not working and was asking what I needed to replace the remote. On my first phone call, I was fortunate enough to speak with Luke Bishop. He was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor. From my description, he said I probably needed a new remote and an antenna but that I should come by so he could take a look at it. When I brought it by he said my remote was fine it was just in a sleep mode. I walked out of your business happy to have been helped and not taken advantage of, and so impressed by the professionalism of your employee. I have shared this story with many people as well as referring your business to others who are thinking about a car starter. As an customer of yours, I want to thank you for employing someone like Mr. Bishop. It makes your business look good and your customers happy.
Thank you for your time, Candice
Good evening Mr. Schwartz, I do want to commend you on your premium customer service…the small touches are what really make clients want to help you in your enterprise by either returning and/or word of mouth. I was myself referred by a good friend that is meticulous in his own car care and gave you as the place to go. I also just found out that one of my adult children has been a client of yours before on the stereo elements and will be coming in for a remote system shortly. Your professionalism, courtesy and the sense of personal touch crown a good system and set your company apart. My appt. was made quickly, the system I needed was not too little or too much, the spare remote, the nice touch of a water bottle in my car at pick up and even the time it takes to send the thank you card are a classy touch. So, keep it up…it will keep your client list growing and we will be back as needed. Thanks for my warm winter car!!

John, I thought I would send you a follow up note to communicate how pleased my daughter is with the upgrades you installed in her Jeep. Music is a BIG deal in her world and I can assure you that there will not be a day that goes by where she doesn’t thank you for what you and your staff have done. You have exceeded our expectations by 100%.
I must tell you that after visiting 6 other Car Audio shops in town, there is no comparison to the level of professionalism and attention to quality. You should be proud of your staff and the business you have grown throughout the years. I will be sure to recommend your business to anyone who really cares about quality. I will be doing business with you again.
Thank you, Steve Opsahl
