That’s why we are extremely proud to tell you about the new Compustar T11 remote control. Before this new model came out, Compustar already had the longest-range system on the market. While other manufacturers would tout operating ranges similar to Compustar’s, their ranges couldn’t compare in real-world testing. Now, the Compustar T11 has broken new ground. There is a new sheriff in town.
Incredible 3 Mile Range
The T11 remote control has 3 miles of range! We have tested it personally outside Anchorage and have gotten over 4 miles. It took two people on cellphones to do that test, by the way.
Now, you may be asking yourself, “Why would I ever need that kind of range?” Great question. Here is why. Once you go out to a warmed-up vehicle one time, you will be hooked. Once you experience not having to scrape ice off your windshield, you will never want to do it again. That means you will want to remote-start your vehicle in many different places over the course of your week – not just at home, but at work, the movies, church, shopping centers, a hospital, wherever. Add that to the fact that you lose significant amounts of range when you are in a commercial building, now the range becomes relevant. And you know what? You may not need all the range of the T11, but if you want the best, we have it.
Unsurpassed Remote Durability
Another great thing about the Compustar T11 system is the durability of the remote. Everyone knows someone who has dropped an expensive piece of electronics on the ground, only to see it ruined. That won’t happen with this remote. In fact, we have seen this remote get run over by a Honda and still look and perform like new. Rechargeable Battery
This system has two more of the greatest features. First, the remote has a built-in lithium ion rechargeable battery. You will never have to put new batteries in this remote. You will just charge it every few weeks for a couple hours with the included charge pack.
Remote Temperature Display
Finally, this remote will tell you the temperature inside your vehicle. Just tap the remote-start button and you instantly know that temperature. Now you know how long to run your vehicle to warm it up. If the remote says 10 degrees, you know it is going to run for 20 minutes. If the remote says 35 degrees, it may only need 10 minutes. We love this simple add-on that Compustar gave us.
