Backup Camera to the Rescue
A client from Wasilla, Alaska, recently returned to our store to share with us how their backup camera recently saved their day.
Our client was moving this summer and needed to use her big SUV to haul a lot of items to her new home. A task like this is never easy or very enjoyable, so she wasn’t really looking forward to it. After all the boxes were packed, she was finally ready to load up the car and begin transporting her belongings.
With the vehicle loaded down, our client hit the road. She knew it would be more difficult to drive than usual with all of the windows and mirrors blocked by boxes. Luckily, she didn’t have too far to go. As she began driving, she remembered she needed to stop and grab a few more items that were being stored at a friend’s place.
When she arrived at the house, she quickly loaded up the remainder of her items and jumped back in the vehicle. Unfortunately, this friend has a driveway that is narrow and difficult to park in. She quickly realized it would not be easy to back out of this driveway with all of her windows and mirrors blocked. This is when her backup camera came to the rescue!
With the SUV in reverse, our client had a clear image of all of the trees and landscaping behind her vehicle. She was able to turn her big car around in no time, with no damage to her car or her friend’s yard.
She finally arrived at the new home and knew that backing into her driveway would be the easiest way to unload everything. Since this was a new place, though, she had not yet mastered her parking technique. Luckily, her backup camera came in handy once again.
Using her backup camera, our client was able to park the vehicle effortlessly in her new driveway. If she had not had a backup camera installed, she would have needed someone to direct her. The backup camera made her stressful moving day that much easier.
Our client was more than thrilled to have her backup camera on her moving day. It saved her so much time, added to her safety and meant she didn’t have to hire help.
