About Half the Size of Other Remotes
If you already have a remote or two, the last thing you want is another bulky remote in your pocket. The new Slice features a flexible ultra-thin circuit board that shrinks this remote to about a quarter of an inch thick – about half the size of most remote starters. It comes in a white case, but a variety of colors are available to customize the look. This remote is a two-way system, which means that you will get a confirmation when you activate one of the buttons – that it was received and worked. This remote will give you an LED indication on the front, as well as a vibration or audible confirmation. It also comes with a second remote in case your vehicle has more than one driver or you need a spare.
Full-feature Four-button Control
The layout is simple and no-nonsense. The top two buttons give you lock and unlock control, and you will get a confirmation on each. The third button is for trunk release and the bottom will work the remote start, again with confirmation so you can be assured that the vehicle is running and warming up.
The Compustar RF-2W940 Offers Excellent Range up to 4,000 Feet
Most factory remote starts are lucky to give you a 100-foot range. This is simply not enough for most of our clients. The Slice will give you up to 4,000 feet – plenty to give you a long warm-up time and work from the office if you have to park far away. It can also be programmed to work with two vehicles.
